Bus Accident

On July 12, 2009 at about 10:00 First Baptist Shreveport were traveling to Macon, Georgia to go to Passport for youth camp. When passing through Meridian, Mississippi, a tire blew out and flipped. One life was lost, and all were injured. One of the youth badly hurt is a girl named Maggie Lee Henson. She has a serious head injury. Please pray for the youth and adults as they recover. Alot have gone back home and some kids are in Meridian and Jackson Hospitals.

Crocodile Dock- VBS 2009

Our theme song was "I WILL NOT BE AFRAID."

Crocodile Dock is over. It's been really fun. On day one of VBS our Bible Buddy was Flash the firefly. Flash is suppose to remind us that God is always with us (FEAR NOT), like a firefly.

On day 2 our Bible Buddy was Jacques Le Croc. He was supposed to remind us to not be afraid. God is powerful.( FEAR NOT)

On Day 3 our bible buddy was Belle the Spoonbill bird. Belle taught us that God does what he says he'll do. ( FEAR NOT)

On day 4 our bible buddy was Blossom the Awesome Possum :) Blossom says that God gives us life. (FEAR NOT)

On day 5 our bible was Tucker the turtle. Tucker says God Cares For Us (FEAR NOT)

My room

In 2008 I got a room makeover. I really like it. My old stuff was about 15 years old. I got all my new stuff at Bed Bath and Beyond, and Walmart. It looks so good. The colors of the bed are teal, brown, light green, and white. At Walmart I found the perfect can. Not just a can, a garbage can. Its teal, just like my bed. You push down this flap on the bottom to open the lid.

My old furniture goes well because its brown, which is in the bedspread. I'm trying to do the bathroom next.

We are doing little at a time. My curtains are white with tons of sparkly sequins. It is so cool to look at. You can see it up above. I can't wait for you to take a look of it. I also hope you like it.

My Friends

JoEllen, Meredith, and Me!

At my church, I have made the best friends ever!!! Their names are Meredith Murphree, and her dad, Marvin, is the music minister. Her mom is Marie Murphree. She helps with my Sunday School class. (You might have noticed that all of there names start with the letter ''M''.) Next, is JoEllen Hill. Her mom Janet Hill is the Minister to Families. Her dad is Jerry Hill. ( JoEllen, Janet, and Jerry. All ''J''.) All of my friends have the same letter as there first name. There is the ''J'' and the ''M''. My family is different because of the letters. Like, Cally, Matt, Lucy, Lori, and my dad, Danny.

Those are all of my friends from church. One of my friends at school is moving away, and so its going to be a little difficult.

I hardly get to see my friends because I only get to see Meredith on Sundays and Wednesday. Or if we have to go to a special event. I only get to see JoEllen on Sundays and special events as well. I might see them on Vacation Bible School or Windermere camp.

Springfield Move In 2007

This is my school Hickory Hills
June 2007 was our first month in Springfield, MO. It has been a great city. I have already made friends here. You can check them out in My Friends paragraph. Our house is perfect. I love this house because its a big place. It is in a very quiet place. Our old house was right next to a very busy road. I hardly got any sleep.

I have the perfect school here. My teacher, Mrs.Kilpatrick is so cool. She's always nice and helpful. My school is Hickory Hills Elementary. We are getting a new Hickory Hills. So next year, when I'm in 6th grade, It won't be up the first day, it's going to be up the next couple of months. I'm so exited because my class will be the first ones in the middle school. My little sister will be in 1st grade next year. She's just starting to know math.

Christmas Day 2008

On Christmas Eve my family went to our church, University Heights Baptist Church for a Christmas Service. The next day, was Christmas.( Of course. ) I got a Nintendo DS, ( The thing I love), Imagine Fashion Designer game, High School Musical 3 game, new pjs,and a Miley Cyrus CD.(Its a very good one as well as all the others.)
My sister Lucy got a couple of dolls, a tv plug in game, pjs, and Littlest Pet Shop toys.
My brother Matt, got cars, cars, and more cars. He also got a train ''James''. You may know Thomas and Friends. Thats what he loves as well.
My dad Danny, got a wallet and clothes. ( The Clothes were inside a big Cheetos box. )
My Mom Lori got pjs.
It was the best Christmas ever.
